Help Me Grow Gulf Coast supports families by offering:

Free developmental screenings
Linkage to community services
Pregnancy & parenting resources
Family & community engagement

How does it work?

A Family Resource Navigator will guide the parent or caregiver every step of they way.

They will:

Listen to the family’s needs.
Locate resources to meet their needs in their area.
Refer the family to local services & resources.
Follow up with the family to ensure they received the support.
Offer any additional resource connections the family is looking for.

Unite Us

The Unite Texas Network s a coordinated care network consisting of healthcare, government, and nonprofit, organizations who utilize Unite Us’ software to securely refer their clients to care and address social needs. Joining the network is at no cost for community-based organizations and many organizations that are considered part of the safety net, like community health centers and mental health centers.
